Description : The farmers in Avignon have come together for a day of protest at the call of the FDSEA84 and the Young Farmers (JA) to denounce their daily struggles. They started from the Chamber of Agriculture of Vaucluse, and the procession of farmers and tractors arrived in front of the Prefecture of Vaucluse where a delegation was received. Numerous straw bales and various agricultural waste were dumped in front of the gates and set on fire. Also, several hundred liters of wine were poured. After the negotiations with the prefecture failed, the procession moved on to a Auchan supermarket where they dumped more agricultural waste bins.
