Angry farmers: a prefecture targeted

Description : The farmers of the Coordination Rurale targeted the prefecture. Their "anger overflowed" so they overflowed 1 ton of water and foam. They also dumped waste. A farmer tried to drive his tractor into the prefecture before being stopped by the police.
