Description : Farmers' unions (FNSEA/JA) are calling for a demonstration in Montauban tonight starting at 7pm. They have named their mobilization "the festival of bins" because they plan to dump dozens of bins filled with garbage in front of administrative buildings (Prefecture, Taxes, DDT, etc).
