Dermatose: clash between law enforcement and farmers in Ariège

Description : At nightfall, clashes broke out between farmers and mobile gendarmes around the Bordes-sur-Arize farm in Ariège. For several hours, hundreds of farmers tried to prevent law enforcement from entering the farm where a case of Contagious Bovine Pleuropneumonia was detected in a herd of cows, with an order to slaughter the 208 animals issued by the authorities. For the past two days, several hundred farmers have been taking turns to prevent the intervention of health services.
