After-school trial: loud lawyer host accused

Description : The defense lawyer is speaking to the press for the first time today. His client, an extracurricular activity leader, is being prosecuted for behavior that was too close to children. The lawyer points out that the client admitted to having exceeded what the Charter for activity leaders specifies (carrying children, having excessive closeness), but that he had set his own limits. He did not have the required qualification (BAFA), which, according to the lawyer, highlights a structural problem within the National Education system: due to a lack of staff, people without adequate training are being recruited.
