Sexual assaults at school: 2 years’ imprisonment with suspended sentence required against the husband of a teacher

Description : Eden A., 22, was being tried in closed session by the Criminal Court of Paris for sexual assaults on two children aged 3 and 4, at the Grands-Champs kindergarten school, in the 20th arrondissement of Paris. Partner of a schoolteacher, he had repeatedly been in the premises of the establishment, where the alleged acts took place. Two years of imprisonment with full or partial probation were sought against him, along with an obligation to undergo treatment and a ban on carrying out an activity linked to minors. The decision was reserved until October 16.
